Kart Storage Rates
$900 Annual Kart Storage
$90/month for Monthly Kart Storage

SIMA Garage Rentals
SIMA offers 27 exclusive 10 x10/12 garages for rent on an annual basis. Store your kart, tools and othe related karting equipment right at the track.
$1800 - $2200 Annually 

Onsite Trailer Parking Spot
This option allows you to keep your racing trailer onsite to alleviate additional time and costs associated with travel. 
$2000 Annually (Additional fee's for trailers over 20 feet)

Onsite RV/Trailer Parking Spot
Interested in leaving your RV on site? We have a limited amount of spots available that just opened up! Cost is $200 per month. Does not include water or hookups. 

Terms
Must be prepaid. Garage space is not to be shared. SIMA reserves the right to revoke membership if terms of agreement are broken. SIMA is not responsible for lost or stolen parts of equipment.
