Are you interested in getting into the sport of karting, but would like to give it a try before purchasing the equipment? This one hour class gives you the opportunity to get a real feel of a race kart. Instructor will provide basic karting information to help you get comfortable and familiar with driving a race kart. 

1 Hour Class
Sign in and suit fitting - 10 Minutes
Introduction to Karting & the Kart - 10 Minutes
Lead Follow - 10 Minutes
Debrief - 5 Minutes
Lapping - 10 Minutes
Debrief - 5 Minutes
Lapping - 5 Minutes
Conclusion - 5 Minutes

Learn the fundamentals of kart racing with SIMA's 2 hour, one on one driving class. Our instructors will start with an introductory track walk to discuss correct racing line, braking points and general karting tips. This is followed by a lead follow in our Recreation Karts to help drivers deepen their understanding of the racing line. The remainder of the class will alternate between on track sessions and debriefing

SIMA's 3 hour Techniques of Karing will dive deeper into proper driving line by understanding how to enter, apex and exit various types of corners. How to overtake opponents, perfecting a race start, and how to attain your best qualifying lap. Additional time will be allotted to working on drivers specific goals.

Does not include equipment rental. 

Drivers work one on one with our Michael Valiante trained instructors to hone the skills they have been developing in earlier classes. This curriculum is based off the needs of the driver that were determined during our assessment process in the Fundamentals and Techniques class. Here is your chance to master your skills!

6 Hour Class
Does not include kart equipment rental. 

Our elite driving instructors will guide you through a blend of on and off track sessions in both the recreation karts and race karts. The workshop concludes with 20 minutes of free track time to test your new founded skills. The race karts are equipped with race bred engines capable of reaching speeds of 80mph.
